Each year, the City of University Heights recognizes homeowners who have done an outstanding job in maintaining their homes, enhancing the city’s neighborhoods, and enabling us to create a sustainable and vibrant community—one that is known not just as the “City of Beautiful Homes,” but also “So Much More Than Home.”

Do you have a home you would like to nominate for a Beautiful Home Award? Nominations are accepted throughout the year until September 15, and awards are given in the Fall. Submit a nomination.

Residents are invited to take advantage of the opportunity to serve on a variety of boards, commissions and committees, such as the Beautiful Homes Committee, that advise and assist in setting policy. Beautiful Homes Awards Nomination

Each year, the City of University Heights recognizes homeowners who have done an outstanding in maintaining their homes, enhancing to the city’s neighborhoods and enabling us to create a sustainable and vibrant community—one that is known not just as the “City of Beautiful Homes,” but also “So Much More Than Home.”

Residents are invited to nominated owner-occupied homes for an award no later than September 15 of each year. The City of University Heights will consider each nomination and select properties to receive awards in the Fall of each year.
