This information session will be held at the Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District Board of Education in the School Board Room on April 3, 2019 at 6:30 p.m
City of University Heights Fire Dept. Flushing Fire Hydrants Announcement
Starting April 1st, 2019, as is customary this time of year, the University Heights Fire Department will be flushing all fire hydrants in the city. Hydrant flushing should be completed be April 14th. Once hydrant flushing has been completed, flow testing of hydrants will begin. Flow testing will begin on the west side of the city and move east, not to go east of Warrensville Center Rd. Flow testing should be completed by April 28th. Residents are advised to avoid washing clothes when the fire department personnel are working in their area. To clear rusty water from your water lines, run cold water until clear. If you have any questions or complaints, please contact the fire department at 216-321-1939
