City Hall offices will be closed in honor of President's Day. Rubbish and recycling pickup will be on a one-day delay all week. And while City Council usually meets on the third Monday of every month, the next meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 18 at 7 p.m. at Wiley Middle School.
